This 2,350 SF Ocean front house has A/C throughout the house, 3 Bedrooms (1K,1Queen and 1Full/Twin bunk bed with (2) twin trundle: sleeps 10) , 3-bathrooms, an outdoor shower and is located on your own private beach! (Private beach access right out your back door). In addition to the private beach and the Ocean on one side, you have a beautiful saltwater pond across the street. This home is your escape to the beach, kayaking (we provide two kayaks), or simply sitting on our elevated deck and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the ocean. You are 1/2 mile from Town Beach at Matunuck (South Kingstown Town Beach), and less than 3/4 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. There is also a fishing area less than a 3-minute walk down the street. This is also a great area for bicycling (we provide bikes). This house has a modern kitchen for cooking large family meals along with a large pantry closet, an open dining room leading to a relaxing living room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, a master suite overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a master bath, 2 other large bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and did we mention spectacular Ocean views! We provide everything for a great beach vacations: We provide linens and towels as well as 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Backpack Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella, 1 Rolling Cooler, 1 Beach Stroller, 2 Boogie Boards, 1 Beach Tote as well as a Corn Hole game and 2 Kayaks! Newport is just a short 35 minute drive. The Block Island Ferry is only 20 minutes away. East Matunuck Beach is a 5 mile drive or a 3/4 mile walk along the beach South Kingstown Town Beach is a 10 minute walk Green Hill Beach is 5 miles away Charlestown Beach is 7 Miles away Narragansett Town Beach is only a 15 minute drive away Foxwoods Casino is a quick 45 minute drive
